Bought credits never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance runs out. A subscription works out cheaper per experience if you use it every month.

Subscriptions and credits give immediate access to digital content: by buying you ask to start straight away and acknowledge losing the 14-day right of withdrawal once supply begins. If you have not used any credit from the purchase, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you anyway.

Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout (22% in Italy; it may differ elsewhere): the exact total is shown before you pay.

Questions

What is a credit worth?

One complete interactive experience costs 10 credits. Editing one you already have — simplifying a section, adding an example — costs 2 to 5, depending on how much changes. A question to Morlex inside an experience costs 1 credit.

What happens if a generation fails?

Nothing is counted. Credits are only taken once an experience has been built and validated, so a failure costs you nothing.

Do unused credits roll over?

Plan credits do not: at the start of each month they return to the plan’s number, and anything left over does not carry across. Credits bought in a pack never expire.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, from the customer portal in your settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your experiences stay in your library afterwards.

Are my experiences private?

On paid plans, yes — private by default, and you choose what to publish. On the free plan experiences are public, which is how the Explore library stays full.

How does yearly Pro work?

You pay €89.99 once a year instead of €9.99 a month: that is €7.50 a month, excluding VAT. It is the same plan, and the 300 credits still arrive every month.
